Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Video Seminars. Show the weekly 30-minute video and introduce discussion themes.
- Lead Small-Group Discussions. Use provided questions to guide sharing, ensuring every voice is honored and confidentiality is upheld.
- Pray & Provide Pastoral Care. Offer spiritual support, prayer, and follow-up to participants as needs emerge.
- Promote the Group. Share announcements, distribute flyers, and leverage social media to maintain healthy attendance.
Training & Resources
- Online LeaderZone Modules. Short video trainings cover hospitality, group dynamics, promotion strategies, and handling sensitive topics. Preview a training video HERE.
- Leader’s Guide Walkthrough. Step-by-step instructions for each session ensure leaders never have to “reinvent the wheel.”
- Coaching Support. Ministry coaches are available via email, phone, or video call to answer questions and model best practices.
