What happens during a typical group meeting?

Each GriefShare session follows a simple, supportive format designed to help you process grief and find hope.

Each week you will:

  • Watch a 30-minute video on a grief-related topic. These videos include practical guidance and encouragement from counselors, pastors, and people who have experienced the loss of a loved one.

  • Spend time in group discussion, where you can share as much or as little as you feel comfortable. This is a chance to talk about what you’re experiencing and learn from others who understand.

  • Use a participant workbook, which includes helpful tips, Scripture-based encouragement, and personal exercises to support you throughout the week.
